Configure your dream bike on our homepage in our online store. After placing your order your bike will be built within 3 weeks in New York. As soon, as your bike is ready to ride we’ll coordinate a pickup appointment here in Brooklyn with you or we’ll send it right to your door or to one of our partners for you to collect. If you choose shipping we’ll send you the tracking number, so you can keep track of where your bike is during its journey to you.

Pick up your bike at our headquarters here in Brooklyn in New-York. With this you profit from a perfect setup. Ergonomic tuning i.e. changing stem lengths or shortening handle bars can be done right here in our workshop.
Our crew is always at hand with extensive know-how and individual tips. Around our headquarters in Brooklyn the first techy trails await you.
All services at your pick-up appointment are free of charge.
Home delivery
We’ll send you your bike right to your door – anywhere in the world. The bike will be completely built up. All you need to do is mount the front wheel and adjust the suspension to your weight and preference – and you’re ready to hit the trails! We’ll be happy to help you with any questions that may arise. Also, our tutorials show you how to get your bike ready to ride.

Partner Hotel Pick Up
We can deliver your new Stormy right to your room in one of our partner hotels. You receive a free night’s stay including half board and perfect trails in breath taking mountain scenery.
You have the choice of either Hotel Castell in Zuoz or Hotel Dieschen in Lenzerheide. Choose your preferred hotel at the checkout and inform us of the date you would like to receive your bike on. Everything else will be organised by us for you.

Pick Up at your Preferred Bike Shop
You would like to receive your Stormy from a different bike shop? No problem! Just change the delivery address and let us know in the notes section of your order. We’ll contact your bike shop and prepare the delivery.
Vat, Method of Payment and Terms of Delivery
Definition of Vat/Sales Tax
Different countries have different Vat and sales taxes. The total payment will therefore vary depending on the delivery address. The total payment is calculated as follows:
Vat for Sales in New-York
The American Vat of 7.7% will be charged when picking up or delivering to New-York no matter what currency is chosen. If you choose USD in the online store the prices include American Vat. If you choose EUR prices will be displayed without American Vat up to the checkout. The Vat will then be added.
Vat for Delivery in the EU
If you would like your Stormy delivered to an address in the EU? No Problem! Once you enter your address the EU Vat of 19% will be added to your total. Stormybike will sort out the customs clearance for you.
Vat for Worldwide Delivery
If you chose to have your Stormy delivered outside of New-York or the EU your payment to Stormybike will exclude the respective Vat. You will then have to pay the Vat to the delivery company.
Currencies USD, EUR, USD
Our online store supports Euros and US Dollars. Which currency you choose is up to you and does not affect the delivery options. The American online store includes the American 7.7% Vat. The EUR and USD online stores do not include Vat. Choose your delivery address during the ordering process and the respective Vat will be added.
Method of Payment
You have the option of paying for your Stormy by bank transfer, credit card or PostFinance. After the ordering process we will build your Stormy . After we receive a complete payment we will inform you of the pick up or delivery date.
Terms of Delivery
Your bike will be assembled after we receive your order at our headquarters in New-York. We will have your bike ready for pick up or delivery within 3 weeks of your order and receiving full payment. If we run into a supply bottleneck we will inform you promptly.
